REDS was established by myself, Leah Letchford, a beauty therapist from Reading with over 10 years experience in the beauty industry. I have worked with companies such as Jessica, Skin Ceuticals, Obagi, and Jan Marini, just to mention a few.
I have also trained many beauty therapists working in salons today. I spent a period of time working as a trainer in beauty therapy while working for Carlton Institute, one of the UK’s leading private training academies for the beauty industry.
